VAB Bank joined International Bureau of Credit Histories
VAB Bank signed the cooperation agreement with the International Bureau of Credit Histories (IBCH). According to the agreement VAB Bank will share the information about its borrowers with the IBCH. On the other hand the Bureau will provide access for the bank to credit reports and such accessory services as lost passports database, client monitoring system in order to optimize loan portfolio management, etc.

VAB Bank Paid Coupon on the F Series Bonds for the 5th Coupon Period
On 1 September 2008, VAB Bank paid coupon interest on the F series bonds for the fifth coupon period. The payment amounted to UAH 5 235 000 or UAH 34,9 per bond.

OJSC “Sumykhimprom” Paid Coupon on B Series Bonds for the 3rd Coupon Period
On 1 September 2008, 0JSC “Sumykhimprom” operating through VAB Bank as the paying agent paid coupon interest on the B series bonds for the third coupon period.

VAB Bank Paid Coupon on the G series bonds for the 2nd coupon period
On 1 September 2008, VAB Bank paid coupon interest on the G series bonds for the 2nd coupon period. The payment amounted to UAH 2 249 351, 23 or UAH 32, 41 per bond.

Natalia Shelko is appointed as VAB Bank COO
The Supervisory Board of VAB Bank has appointed Ms. Natalia Shelko as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Operations Officer.

From now on, for the convenience of our clients, who are planning to calculate their profit from the deposit programs, VAB web-site has the deposit calculator service. VAB Insurance calculated results for the first-half year of 2008
According to the data at the end of the first half-year of 2008 operations, the insurance payments of VAB Insurance amounted to UAH 31844,3 thou., insurance payments were UAH 14027,2 thou., which is in 1,36 and 3,03 times more as compared to the same period in 2007.

VAB Bank signed USD 16 million-worth loan agreement with Domotechnika LLC, a network of electronics supermarkets, for the period of 24 months.

VAB Bank Issued a Loan to Delta Sport Group
VAB Bank signed a loan agreement with Delta Sport Group for the amount of USD 15 million and a tenor of 12 months.
