Sumykhimprom paid coupon for the 4th coupon period


On June 9, 2008, Sumykhimprom operating through VAB Bank as the paying agent paid off coupon interest on the A series bonds for the fourth coupon period. The total payment amounted to UAH 1 994 500 or UAH 39.84 per bond. Additionally, Sumykhimprom increased the coupon on the A series bonds from 15% to 19%.

Simple registered A series bonds in the amount of UAH 50 million were successfully placed in June 2007.
VAB Bank maintains daily Sumykhimprom bonds quotations in PFTS.
On June 2, 2008, Sumykhimprom paid off coupon interest on the B series bonds for the second coupon period through VAB Bank as the paying agent. The total payment amounted to UAH 1 870 000 or UAH 37.40 per bond.
Simple registered B series bonds in the amount of UAH 50 million were successfully placed in December 2007.
