Sergey Maksimov
President of VAB Group Has 15-years experience in financial business. From 1995 occupies position of the President of Vseukrainskiy Aktsyonerny Bank (VAB Bank), the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VAB Bank.
Previously he worked as a chief engineer and designer of Soviet analogue for “Strategic Defense Systems”, implemented innovation projects in medical organizations, and successfully conducted IT investment projects in Hungary.
Mr. Maksimov was born in 1960. Graduated from Moscow High Technical College im. Baumana.

Ivo A. Gueorguiev
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VAB Group Mr. Gueorguiev joined VAB Bank in 2005 and for today is the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank. Currently he also occupies a position of the Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Board of TBIF Financial Services BV (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). Previously he worked for Financial Institutions Group in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UK), Bankas Hermis and Hermis Finance (Lithuania), Baltics/Belarus Group in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UK), VARSITY Consulting Group (Canada), TIFFON Partnership (Bulgaria), Hraninvest Import Export (Bulgaria).
Education — MBA, University of Alberta (Canada); MSc in International Business at University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria).

Peter Baron
CEO of VAB Group Peter has been working in banking sector for 9 years. From 2003 he worked for VABank (currently, VAB Bank) as a Member of the Management Board, the First Vice President of VAB Bank.
Before his career at VAB Bank, Mr. Baron used to be an Advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the First OVK Banking Group, a Member of Management Board at «Inkahrana» (Moscow), and a Member of Management Board at International Private Bank (Macedonia).
Peter Baron was born in 1980. Graduated from CITY University Business School (London, England), “Investment and Financial Risk Management“.

Izchak Kanes
Vice President of VAB Group Joined VAB Group in 2006. Since 2005 — Member of the Supervisory Board of VAB Âank.
For the last 8 years Mr. Kanes have been working on a different managerial position in CEE and CIS countries (Country Manager for Slovak Republic for TBIH Financial Services Group N.V., Country Manager for Russia for TBIH Financial Services Group N.V.).
Mr. Kanes was born in 1975. Graduated from Netanya Academic College, LLB, specialized in corporate law. Member of Bar Association (Israel).
Responsibilities: strategic management of banking and lending businesses within VAB Group.

Zeev Hadar
Vice President of VAB Group Joined VAB Group in 2006. Previously Mr. Hadar worked as the Country Manager of TBIH Financial Services Group N.V. for Serbia and Montenegro — managing the First Private Pension Fund. Before this — as a V.P Finance & Operations for CyberDiam ltd. and C.F.O, V.P Finance & Operations for Exclusive Diamonds International ltd., a subsidiary of Mayor’s Jewelers Inc.
Mr. Hadar was born in 1968. Graduated from Tel Aviv University, B.A — Double major in Accounting and Economics & Post Graduate studies in Accounting; then acquired MBA at Tel Aviv University, and also Certified Public Accountant.
Responsibilities: strategic management of insurance and pension companies within VAB Group.
