10.09.08 VAB Bank G Series Bonds listed on PFTS
On 10 September 2008, the Ukrainian PFTS Stock Exchange (Kyiv) listed VAB Bank interest bearing registered G series bonds (ticker - OVBNG).
Issue parameters:
- Amount: UAH 125 000 000;
- Type: interest bearing registered bonds, issued in electronic form;
- Maturity date: 28.02.2011;
- Put option: 02.03.2009;
- Coupon: fixed 13% p.a. for the first 4 coupon periods. Coupon interest rates for the subsequent periods will be determined by the Issuer additionally;
- Coupon period: 91 day. The funds attracted from bond issue will be directed towards the bank’s loan and investment portfolio increase.
