VAB Bank has supported Ukrainian marketing campaign “Visa Olympic movement. Your road to Peking”, which will start on April 1st 2008, within the framework of Visa International Olympic sponsorship in association with Ukrainian banks.
In order to participate in this campaign, any holder of Visa or Visa Electron card, issued by VAB Bank, at the age of 18, during the campaign period (from April 1sttill May 31st, 2008), must make at least one payment for the products or services in retail or service networks within Ukraine on the amount of UAH 50 minimum.
The more transactions meeting these requirements a holder will perform, the more chances he/she has to win the first prize (one of three trips for two to the Summer Olympic games in Peking) or one of the fifty prizes from Visa (sports bags with Visa logo).
In addition, having paid during the promotion campaign for any purchase priced at minimum UAH 100 using Visa or Visa Electron card and presenting a receipt at a special stand in Visa’s sales outlets in Ukraine, a client gets a guaranteed present – exclusive symbol of the “Olympic games – 2008”.
The main objective of the campaign is to enhance the level of the clients’ awareness about the payoff functions of Visa cards, to improve their financial culture and to increase the retail-trade turnover as for Visa and Visa Electron cards.
