During the 3.5 years of work on the Ukrainian insurance market VAB Life strengthened its positions among the main players of the sector. The company has a proven reputation among partners and legal entities and private customers. In 2007 VAB Life has entered The National Business Rating, a complex rating program defining the leading players of the Ukrainian economy.
Today VAB Life proposes the full range of life insurance products: accumulative, risk, pension insurance, life insurance for credit borrowers and depositors. In summer, 2007 VAB Life presented a new product of medical insurance, which enables the company’s clients to insure not only death and accident insurance, but also a disease insurance.
According to the VAB Life Chairman of the Board, Natalia Derevyanko, the previous year was especially efficient for the company. With the appointment of the new shareholders, the possibilities for business development grew significantly. At present, VAB Life and VAB Group companies actively realize a project on cross-sales. “No doubt that this cooperation is interesting and beneficial not only for our company, but also first of all for our clients, who have possibility to get a full range of financial services in one place and on quite attractive price” – Natalia Derevyanko pointed.
In the nearest time the company plans to form the agent network, increase the insurance compensations volume and investment profitability index (based on results of the previous year, this index reached 20.02% of accumulative insurance contracts, which exceeds the similar index of the 2006 on almost 7%). The strategic aim of VAB Life is to increase its life insurance market share, incorporate and strengthen positions among Top 5 of the Ukrainian insurance market players.
