VAB Leasing Experts declare: in 2008 leasing market will go on to develop fast

Portion of construction engineering and specialty equipment in leasing briefcase of VAB Leasing has grown during last year in 5 times. VAB Leasing specialists predict that in the following some years this segment will continue its growing. This forecast is also confirmed with the provider of this engineering data.

“Such a forecast is conditioned with some main factors: available old engineering wear, this engineering has not been changed since 1990th, and with growth of building in million-strong cities and the beginning of building boom in regions. Additionally, it is expected that in following 5 years some great building projects, which themselves will stimulate the demand for building engineering, will be provided in Ukraine. Accordingly, financial leasing as a buying engineering machine will become even more popular”, - says VAB Leasing General Director Lyudmila Zolotareva.

After Head of VAB Leasing Business Development Department Vladimir Nechaev words, high development dynamic on buying passenger and commercial vehicle both by legal entity and individuals was observed. For example, comparing with 2006, vehicle leasing in VAB Leasing and general over Ukraine last year has grown twice. Not only active advancement by leasing market operators has become growth precondition, but also this service advantages understanding by clients.

After VAB Leasing experts’ opinion, leasing service on buying motor vehicle demand will continue its growing in 2008 too. Experts name the main reasons of the process, they are: prospective clients informational growth about leasing benefits and vehicle market high speed growth in Ukraine. According to the data from AUTO-Consulting, Ukrainian vehicle market has grown on 40% in 2006, on 46% - in 2007.
