20.08.07 VAB Leasing develops utility functions for customers
VAB Leasing has extended the scope of voluntary services for the maintenance of leasingholder.
«The operating service of VAB Leasing now gives free of charge assistance in registration of the «Green card» for our clients and so allowing them to drive outside Ukraine, make the state registration of purchased lease property, provide insurance on advantageous terms and so offering for our clients the most suitable solutions for their insurances.
The VAB specialists handle insured accidents; assist in passing technical checks on leased vehicles.
Furthermore VAB Leasing also provides the additional free service of «Assistance», which includes, in the case of an accident, or technical problem with the car, or health problems of the lessee, the service of alternative transport, booking of hotel and tickets, ordering of a taxi, organizing urgent services etc.
The program «Trade-in», under which it is possible to replace a car on a leasing contract by a new one, has also been developed», the Head of operating service of VAB Leasing, Alexander Natalenko, explains.
In order to answer the questions of clients of VAB Leasing on the additional services of VAB Leasing a Call-center will be available of September 2007.
