11.07.07 The net assets of VAB Bank increased to more than 5 milliards of hryvnyas
The net assets of VAB Bank since the beginning of 2007 have grown by 22% or 965 million UAH and on the July 1st 2007 amounted to 5,4 milliards UAH.
The growth of net assets is mainly due to an expansion in the credit portfolio of the bank, which grew since the beginning of the year by 27% or 685.7 thousands UAH to 3.2 million UAH. This includes credits to corporative persons, which grew by 21%, or
499 thousand UAH, to 2 million. the credits to private persons grew by 50% and now total 756,8 thousands UAH.
The success of the credits products of VAB Bank in the financial market shows not only the long-term character of financing and low rates, but foremost also, the complete service for customers. As reported before, since the last year the bank began to work in accordance with the new concept of sales «Financial centre VAB», which grants the clients the widest spectrum of financial instruments: bank, insurance, leasing, pension and investment.
Also in last half year VAB Bank increased its deposit portfolio by 32%: it has attracted facilities of 297.7 thousands UAH since the beginning of the year.
The regulatory capital of VAB Bank was multiplied by 13% and amounts to 556,4 thousands UAH.
Growth of the basic performance of the bank indicators is demonstrated by the strengthening of the positions of VAB in the Ukrainian bank world.
