11.07.07 The employees of VAB Bank detained a swindler
On Monday on July, 2, the employees of the security department of the retail business of VAB Bank in co-operation with the criminal police of Shevchenko RU GU MVD of Ukraine arrested a swindler which tried to get a VAB Bank consumer credit in a points of sale using a counterfeit passport.
During the registration of the request of the swindler for a consumer credit, the employees of VAB Bank, were in doubt on the authenticity of the given documents. The subsequent verification confirmed that the information of the passport was incorrect the picture of the swindler was pasted into it.
Information about it was immediately given by the department of retail business to the security of department of VAB Bank and the criminal police of Shevchenko RU GU MVD of Ukraine. They jointly developed and concerted a plan of co-operation to avoid laying hands on the facilities of VAB Bank in an unlawful way.
During the planned operation, the borrower-swindler was detained in the attempt to get a credit on a counterfeit passport in the point of sale of VAB Bank located in the «Mega Max Caravan» center and delivered to the militia of Shevchenko district Kiev for subsequent criminal trial.
VAB Bank together with law enforcement authorities continues to conduct measures on the improvement of co-operation in the exposure and detention of swindlers.
