26.06.07 VAB Pension multiplies the chartered capital
Chartered capital of the company VAB Pension increased by 20 million UAH.
The decision to increase the chartered capital of VAB Pension by 20 million UAH was accepted on the regular meeting of shareholders’ of VAB Pension.
After registration the chartered capital of VAB Pension will be 43 325 396,66 UAH (about 6,4 million euro). This is 21 times more than the requirements of the Ukrainian Law for the chartered capital of companies on the management of assets pension funds.
According to the Director General of VAB Pension, Sergey Ermakovicha, multiplying the capitalization testifies the seriousness of the intentions of the company in regard to long-term and successful work in the market of private pension. «Today, when the market of NPO is only beginning to develop and the trust of people in the private pension funds and companies of this market, is the primary question. The financial solvency of VAB Pension is the guarantee of its reliability and to reach its targets. The increased capital will be used in the further development of business and expansion of regional and agent networks. It will allow the company to faster on the necessity of our clients and promote the quality of the provided services», — Sergey Ermakovich said.

- ONGPF «Europe»;
- NPO «Mining and metallurgical professional pension fund»;
- NPO «Non-governmental professional pension fund «First trade-union».
