About VAB Group
In October 2006 Ukrainian and western shareholders of All Ukrainian Joint Stock Bank have taken decision to found financial group called VAB Group through consolidation of all financial assets within Ukraine basing upon general concept of sales and under one brand «VAB».
VAB Group consists of 9 companies covering all segments of financial market, i.e. VAB Bank, VAB Insurance Company, VAB Life insurance company, VAB Leasing Company, VAB Pension — administrator of pension funds, VAB Express — consumer-crediting company, VAB Re — Reinsurance Company, VAB Assets Management Company and VAB Capital Investment Company.
Very important place in the strategy of VAB Group development is taken by qualified personnel consisting of specialists having experience in the work for big European and Ukrainian international companies. System character of transformations, forethought and consequence of such transformations, optimal combination of western management and experience in the work on Ukrainian market already bring first results, amongst which are successful development and implementation in the regional subdivisions of a group of innovative for Ukrainian financial market concept for sale of financial products.
