VAB Leasing introduced innovative service — Express Leasing

VAB Group

In October 2006 Ukrainian and western share holders of All Ukrainian Joint Stock Bank have taken decision to found financial group called VAB Group through consolidation of all financial assets within Ukraine basing upon general concept of sales and under one brand «VAB».

VAB Group consists of nine companies covering all segments of financial market, i.e. VAB Bank, VAB Insurance Company, VAB Life insurance company, VAB Leasing Company, VAB Pension — administrator of pension funds, VAB Express — consumer crediting company, VAB Re — reinsurance company, VAB Assets management company and VAB Capital investment company.

The leading international rating agency Moody's Investors Service affirmed VAB Bank’s E+ financial strength rating (BFSR), Not Prime short-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings, and long-term national scale rating (NSR) of A1.ua.

VAB Bank pays coupon on 3-year Eurobonds
VAB Bank paid the second coupon in the amount of USD 6 328 125 on the 3-year Eurobonds due in June 2010. The coupon is paid semi-annually at the rate of 10.125% per annum.

Sumykhimprom paid coupon for the 4th coupon period
On June 9, 2008, Sumykhimprom operating through VAB Bank as the paying agent paid off coupon interest on the A series bonds for the fourth coupon period. The total payment amounted to UAH 1 994 500 or UAH 39.84 per bond. Additionally, Sumykhimprom increased the coupon on the A series bonds from 15% to 19%.
